- add a column to the DB index to cache the lat/lng of posts
- when viewing a post, show nearby posts, ranked by proximity, date, and prioritize certain types of posts (notes, checkins, etc, over food/metrics)
Create a page /nearby that finds the viewer's current location and shows posts near that location
