Can we start a petition to move midnight to 10pm? I could actually stay up for new year's if it happened earlier.

  I never understood the fascination with staying up to be awake to see the first minute of the new year. If I'm making plans for better habits in the next year, why not go to bed early so I can start my year by getting up early and accomplishing something--or at least not sabotaging my immune system.
