      It's buying the next house that is a problem. Houses are non-existent for buyers.

      remember "buy low, sell high"... it's not "buy at the bottom, sell at the top", because we don't know where the bottom and top are. What would you do next if you sold? Another option is buy but never sell. Just keep buying more. :D
