    Aaron Parecki
@brennannovak Ouch! Where'd you find a rock in your food? Let me know so I don't eat there!

@comcastcares Tried getting a 2nd Internet line via live chat yesterday, felt like I was talking to an automated bot who had no authority.

@missburrows There should be more than one person behind the company's Twitter account, at least one of who can reply quickly.

@missburrows I suppose it depends on the company. Providing a 24/7 service (Internet) would imply customer support is also available 24/7

Why does the @twitter side oAuth ask every time u hit the end point to "allow" connection? Wouldn't be better if it auto detected existing?
    Aaron Parecki
@brennannovak Do you see duplicate entries for your app in http://twitter.com/settings/connections? Might not be passing the right tokens.
