Good to know I'm getting my money's worth on my unlimited data plan. Sprint wanted to charge me $300 this month! Got it fixed easily tho.

Oh sure, I turn off my phone for one minute to change the battery and *that's* when I get a phone call.

The new Sprint website is useless! Bloated pages, section headers like "Do Stuff," messages like "Aw snap!" All I want is to view my bill!

@shanlee I presented at the OACTE conference in Sunriver. Short trip, mostly business. Back in PDX now.

Also, can't complain about the service from Alaska/Horizon. I apparently booked my flight for yesterday and they fixed it with no questions.

The Redmond airport is so relaxing. Pleasant earth tones and good natural lighting. Nice place.

The importance of in-shop branding is underrated. I'm sitting in a coffee shop and can't figure out what it's called from the inside.
